Indogal is the exclusive agent for Indonesia regarding pork from Spain. Our plant has been given approval from the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia and has a capacity of production of 87.000 tons of pork per year.

Our pork sources are pig which born and raised in Galicia following a traditional breeding for at least 6 months. They are taken care of by traditional  farmers. Their selected breed, that favours fat infiltration with a high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids, and their natural feeding with chestnuts contribute to create a tasty tender juicy meat with a sweet nuance.

Moreover, our ham has been awarded with the Gold Medal at the Ham Quality Competition IFFA 2016 (Germany) and recognised in 2016 and 2017 at the “Superior Taste Award” contest by the International Taste and Quality Institute (Brussels), with the “highest taste” grade.

Our product range covers all kind of Spanish cured cold cuts: Iberico Ham, Serrano Ham, Chorizo, Salami, and also any cut of white pork: loin, spare ribs, tenderloin, trimmings CL90, collars, etc., both for manufacturers and or food services.
